MBR Mongolian Barbecues bring performance and reliability to the range
considered to be the “microwave of Chinese Cooking.” Multiple burners with
individual gas valves and safety pilot systems provide maximum safety.
The 1” thick top ensures even distribution of burner heat.
The MBR is used in combination with refrigerated buffet counters offering
a variety of raw ingredients. Guests fill bowls and ladle sauce on their
selections. Bowls are passed to chefs at the MBR. The largest units accommodate
six chefs producing up to 200 meals per hour
|
Guests enjoy watching chefs sautee on the big round cooking surface.
The cooking surface is cast iron with a 2”-21/2“ outsiderim to prevent
dripping into the combustion chamber. The 84” models have steel cook tops
with cast iron heat conductors. All units are constructed so that surface
temperatures up to 650ºF are maintained while tops remain flat.
Gas manifold construction allows gas safety valves to maintain cooler temperatures
for added reliability.
