Multiple burners and innovative cook top construction
enables many meals to be cooked in rapid succession. A stainless steel
scrap ring with three scrap cups (provided) is located around and below
top. Body construction is double wall with a stainless
steel exterior and 10 gauge mild steel interior. Models with cook tops
larger than 60” use dense, rigid type body insulation. A drip tray is provided
on solid top units. Scrap Chute models incorporate
a removable chute mounted on slides below the top. Below the chute is a
stainless steel scrap bin mounted on casters.
